Review Premium Campaign submissions in Connect
Collaboratively review your Premium Campaign submissions and decide whether to request introductions or decline the opportunities.
Overview
You can review submissions directly within Connect and push them to Deal for further evaluation.

Access submissions
Open the navigation bar and click My Calls & Campaigns.
The list of your campaigns will appear (alongside any Calls if you are a Connect Enterprise user). Click the Submissions button to view all submissions related to the desired campaign. All submissions will be displayed along with their current status and key details.
What's inside submissions
You can use the status filter or the search bar to filter the list of submissions.
Click View details to open a submission and see the full submission details.
The details include the submission summary, fields such as development stage and therapeutic area(s) (if relevant for your campaign submissions), tags, as well as any supporting documents or sources submitted by the submitter.
The organization's information details are automatically provided if the organization exists in Deal.
Tag submissions to facilitate triage
In the submission details, you can add tags that will help you review and triage submissions. You can create, edit, or delete tags from here. Tags are also visible in the submission list and in the Excel export.
Assign users to review submissions
You can assign one or several users to review each submission. Under Assignees, click Select and pick the relevant users. The selected users will receive an email and an in-app notification to review the submission.

Comment submissions
Click the discussion icon at the top right of the page.
A dedicated side-panel will open. You can enter comments, reply to comments, and mention other Connect users from your organization. Notifications are sent to the relevant people when comments, replies, and mentions are added.
Message submitters
If you need additional information to help your review, send a message directly to the submitters with your request. For anonymous campaigns, your identity will be kept confidential at this stage. Click Send message.
A pop-up will open where you can enter and send your message.
Make connections with submitters
Once reviewed, click the Outcome button and select either Request Connection or Decline.
- Once a connection is requested, Inpart will confirm with you before putting you in direct contact via email, allowing you to converse directly with the submitter and arrange next steps.
- If a submission is declined, Inpart will update the submitter accordingly and share any feedback you may have.
Push to Deal for further tacking

Required user role: Manager role in Deal
For customers with the Deal integration, once the connection is made or the submission is declined, you have the option to push the submission to Deal for further analysis and/or for corporate memory. Click Push to Deal.
