Switching between environments in the Outlook add-in
To switch from one environment to another (for example, from a trial environment to production):
- Open the Outlook add-in
- Click the Settings (gear) icon
- Select Sign out
After signing out, you will be prompted to enter the Company identifier again. You can then connect to the required environment.
