Manage templates for health checks and evaluations (new evaluation feature)

Create, duplicate, edit, or delete health check and evaluation templates.

Please contact your CSM at Inpart to enable this feature on your Deal space.
Required user role: Manager

Use templates to quickly create new health checks and evaluations, and save any existing assessments as templates for future use. This functionality is intended for the new evaluation feature. 

Access templates

Open the navigation bar, click your account profile, and click Manage templates.

Add templates

You can either create a new template from scratch from the Templates page or save the questions in existing health checks or evaluations.

  • Create from scratch:

Open the Templates page and click Add.

A new, empty template will appear on the right side of your screen where you can start adding questions. Changes are automatically saved.

  • Create from an existing health check or evaluation:

Open a health check or evaluation with existing questions, click the more option menu, and select Save as new template.

Enter a title and description for the template and click Save. You can then see the template appearing in the Templates page.

Edit templates

Open the Templates page and click the template you want to edit. You can directly edit any section of the template, and any changes are automatically saved.

Duplicate templates

Open the Templates page and click the more option menu next to the template you want to edit. Select Duplicate. 

The new duplicated template will appear on the right side of your screen to edit it. 

Delete templates

Open the Templates page and click the more option menu next to the template you want to edit. Select Delete.

A confirmation pop-up will open. Click Delete to confirm deletion.
