Overview

Install the Deal application shortcut on your desktop to save time and open it with a click. This article covers the procedure for Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mac Safari users.

Plan availability: Essential/Advanced
Required user role: Manager/Contributor (see details)

Install the application from Google Chrome

Open Deal in Google Chrome.

1. Click the more options button on the right of your internet tab navigation bar.
2. Click Cast, save and share.
3. Click Install page as app.
4. A pop-up will open. Click Install.
   
5. Inpart Deal will open in a new separate application window on your desktop.
6. A pop-up will appear asking you if you want to pin the application shortcut to your taskbar. 
   
   Click Yes. The Deal icon will appear on your taskbar for quick access.
   

Install the application from Microsoft Edge

Open Deal in Microsoft Edge.

1. Click the more options button on the right of your internet tab navigation bar.
2. Click Apps.
3. Click Install this site as an app.
4. A pop-up will open. You can modify the application title and click Install.
   
   
5. Inpart Deal will open in a new separate application window on your desktop, and a pop-up will appear asking you if you want to pin the application shortcut to your taskbar and offering more options. Select the desired options and click Allow.
   

Install the application from Safari

Open Deal in Safari.

1. From the menu bar, choose File and Add to Dock. Or click the Share button in the Safari toolbar, then choose Add to Dock.

2. Type the name that you want to use for the desktop application, then click Add. The application is saved to the Applications folder of your home folder, and you can open it from the Dock, Launchpad, or Spotlight.
