Create and manage your gallery profile

Overview

A gallery is the page showcasing your company profile. This page helps you increase visibility and engagement on the Connect platform. You can take control of your profile(s) without relying on Inpart support teams to make updates on your behalf, and add essential details such as logos, company descriptions, and relevant links to your audience.

Plan availability: Connect Enterprise
Required user role: Manager

Access your gallery profile

Click your avatar in the top right-hand corner and select My Galleries from the drop-down list.

Create a new gallery

Depending on your subcription, you are allowed one or more galleries.

Click New Gallery and fill in the necessary details for your gallery, including:

  • Company Logo (Gallery logo)
  • Gallery Name (Title of the Gallery)
  • Description and Partnering Interests (should include details about the company, their partnering goals, innovation objectives, collaboration efforts, and business development aims)
  • Industry and Sector
  • Company Headquarters Location
  • Number of Employees
  • Annual Research and Development Spend
  • Relevant URLs:
    • Open Innovation Portal URL (links to our Opportunity Portal product or any third party)
    • Company Website URL (corporate website or specialist innovation page)
    • Video Link URL (typically links to an overview video hosted on a platform like YouTube)

Click Save to store your changes. If you want to check your gallery before publishing, click Preview.

To make the gallery live, toggle the Published button. Your gallery is now live on the Connect platform and visible to other users.

Edit your gallery

Click Manage next to the relevant gallery.
