Triage submissions

Overview

Collaboratively review incoming submissions and decide whether to continue evaluating a submission or discard it.

Plan availability: Connect Enterprise
Required user role: Manager

Access submissions

Open the navigation bar and click My Calls & Campaigns.

The list of your campaigns will appear. Click Submissions to view all submissions related to the desired campaign. All submissions will be displayed along with their status and key details.

Review submissions

You can use the status filter or the search bar to filter the list of submissions.

Click View details to open a submission and see the full submission details, as well as any attached documents or information.

When you're ready to accept or decline a submission, click the Outcome button and select either Accept or Decline. See Push campaign submissions to Deal if you have the integration enabled.

Notify the submitter of your decision

Once the submission has been accepted or declined, click Send message. The following pop-up will open, where you can type a custom message.

Export submissions

Open the navigation bar and click My Calls & Campaigns.

Click the Submissions button on the network call or campaign you're interested in.

Click Export all. An Excel file will be automatically downloaded to your desktop.
