Activate and manage your campaign portal

Campaign Portals provide a way to present your innovation campaigns in a clean, branded, and easily shareable format. 

Overview

Campaign Portals are public-facing landing pages that can be embedded into your own website for seamless external access and showcase your live and open-call campaigns. They allow external innovators, academics, startups, and industry partners to view your R&D needs and submit relevant opportunities directly to you.

Create your campaigns portal

In the Galleries & Networks section of the navigation bar, open your gallery page and click the Edit button under Campaigns Portal.

You will land on the portal settings page.

  1. Upload your company logo, portal banner, and favicon in JPEG or PNG format (min 1Kb, max 25Mb).
  2. Choose your color set for text formatting, matching your company's graphical chart.
  3. Enter the header and help texts.
  4. If you have an ongoing Open Call, you can add it to the portal. Tick the Show Open Call banner box and enter the details.

All the page content can be previewed at the bottom of the page in the Live Preview section.

Publish your campaign portal

You have three ways to publish your portal:

  • Generate a standalone page.
  • Copy the code to embed the script in an existing web page.
  • Copy the HTML to display the portal as an iframe in an existing web page.

Select campaigns to display on your portal

To select the campaigns that will appear on your portal, go to My Calls & Campaigns in the navigation bar, open a network call, and toggle the Display on Campaign Portal button.

You will see the campaign appear on the portal.
