Message people who submitted proposals to your Calls or Campaigns
Overview
Efficiently screen submissions by allowing direct communication with call or campaign submitters to request further details or clarifications without delays and, consequently, improve decision-making.
Send messages to call and campaign submitters
Open the navigation bar and click My Calls & Campaigns.
Click the Submissions button for the call or campaign you're interested in.
And click View details to open the submission.
Finally, click Send message.
From here, you can enter your message and click Confirm to send it.
The submitter will receive an in-app and email notification and can view the message in the message center in the platform.
View and manage messages
Click Messages to access all the messages you sent to call or campaign submitters, see their replies, and reply to their messages.
Filter messages
Click Filters to open the filtering panel. You can filter by folders (Inbox or Archived), calls or campaigns, organisation, and dates. Click View to apply the filter.
Reply to messages
Select the message on the left side of the page, enter your reply, and click Send.
Archive messages
Select the message on the left side of the page, click the more option icon, and select Archive. Conversely, you can unarchive a message.
Report messages
Select the message on the left side of the page, click the more option icon, and select Report.
Select the reason for reporting the message, provide some details if needed, and click Submit report.

- Be specific when requesting additional details.
- Regularly check the message center to stay updated on replies.
- Ensure your email notifications are enabled to receive timely updates.
